Tomme du Haut-Richelieu
Fromagerie Fritz Kaiser, Montérégie

This cheese is made of 100% goat milk. The cheese has a washed rind, supple body, a haylike aroma and a nutty yet milky flavour.

Le Caveau

This semi firm cheese has a washed rind and offers a nutty roasted flavour with an earthy aroma.

Bleu fumé
Fromagerie Saint-Benoit-du-Lac, Estrie
This rindless blue cheese has a natural wood-smoked flavour, creamy colour and characteristic blue veins. It has a slightly crumbly texture, a pleasant yet powerful aroma of mushrooms, and typically sharp blue-cheese taste.
