This cheese is made of 100% goat milk. The cheese has a washed rind, supple body, a haylike aroma and a nutty yet milky flavour.
Le Caveau

Bleu fumé

This rindless blue cheese has a natural wood-smoked flavour, creamy colour and characteristic blue veins. It has a slightly crumbly texture, a pleasant yet powerful aroma of mushrooms, and typically sharp blue-cheese taste.
